Delivery
Fee
Delivery is $25.00 per event within our delivery area. All orders must be a minimum of $100.00 in product to be eligible for delivery. Smaller orders can be picked up by client at our warehouse in Plymouth, MI. Delivery fee will be quoted when delivery address is provided.
Parameters
All Occasions and Events (AOE) will be more than happy to make deliveries to yards, garages, or public areas. Because of liability issues, we will not deliver or set up inside homes, basements, or anywhere involving stairs as a way to access the area.
AOE determines delivery/pick up time based on other bookings that day. If a specific time or date is requested by the client, we will do our best to accommodate that request. If we are not able to accommodate that request, a small fee will be assessed in order to fulfill a specific delivery date and time.
Payment Policies
At least 50% of total due as a deposit to confirm order.
Remaining amount is due upon delivery, by check or cash. You can pay by Credit Card via fax to the office, but, it must be completed at least 48 hours prior to set up date.
There is a $25 processing fee for returned checks.
Damage, Theft, or Misplacement
We ask our clients to review the set and equipment before we leave the event sight. Once the client gives us the okay, it is now their responsibility for any theft, damage, or misplacement that may occur until pick-up. Full replacement cost of that item(s) will be charged to the client.
We ask that you do not use heavy duty tape on the tent. Masking tape or Scotch tape should be the only adhesive used. All tape, string, ribbon, etc. must be removed from all tents, tables, or chairs before AOE arrives for pick up.
Please do not use Crepe Paper within any direct contact of any of our product!! In case of rain, sprinklers, spills, etc....the color dye will bleed onto the product and become a permanent stain.
We request that all items be available for pick up in the same location as they were dropped off. If something gets moved and we are unable to access it, it will be the clients responsibility to return it to the AOE warehouse in Plymouth within 12-24 hours.
Last Minute...
Additions or deletions
Additions can be made onto you order up to the day prior to your delivery, providing the equipment is available. Full payment of additional equipment will be collected upon arrival for set up. Deletions can be made up to day of delivery and no refunds will be provided on that equipment.
Cancellation Policies
All deposits will be kept on cancelled orders within 30 days of the event date. That deposit can be used toward a future event scheduled within the following 6 months. There is no refunds available on parties that cancel last minute due to inclement weather.
